Yes we are planning to get rid of a few ISA Servers in favor of pfsense, the main reason is his LoadBlanace function and CARP.

Yep, PFSense CARP works fine, but you can’t use the Active Directory built-in user and groups, for example. ISA Server also offers a solution like CARP. Yes, PFSense if more cost-effective, but you will lost some (very important, IMHO) features.
Yes we know, but those ISA are not joined into our domain, they are just doing some basic routing.

Todavía usamos pfSense, lamentablemente cambiaremos a vyatta por la desventaja que tiene pfSense con la implementación de BGP, en vyatta es mucho más estable.
